We believe elite talent deserves financial security, not commission anxiety. Performance incentives unlock at $1,800/week (5% bracket) and $2,040/week (10% bracket), with a formal 90-day structural review to transition compensation upward as booking volume establishes.

Ideal Candidate
Advanced mastery of dry/Russian manicure and pedicure technique, including e-file cuticle prep.
Strong technical precision with builder gel (BIAB) and hard gel overlays.
An obsession with immaculate shaping, clean lines, and side-wall precision.
A valid, active Georgia Cosmetologist or Nail Technician License.
A warm demeanor aligned with luxury, detail-oriented hospitality.
