Milky is a boutique Russian nail studio built for artists who care deeply about their craft. We specialize exclusively in dry/Russian manicures, Russian pedicures, and structural builder gel, delivering meticulous work in a calm, low-volume environment designed around precision, hospitality, and long-term client relationships.
Our Model
Milky is an independent artist model with the support system of a luxury studio. We believe talented nail artists shouldn't have to choose between complete independence and working in a traditional salon environment. Our goal is to provide the space, systems, marketing support, and client experience infrastructure that allow artists to focus on exceptional work while maintaining meaningful earning potential and professional autonomy.

The Studio
Compensation
Milky's compensation model is designed to support artists as they build a loyal clientele. As your book grows, your earning percentage grows alongside it, and Independent Artists retain 100% of client gratuities. Full details are discussed during the interview process.
Studio Schedule
32 Hours / Week
Milky launches with the following initial studio schedule. We're looking for a Founding Artist whose availability generally aligns with these hours, while recognizing that final scheduling details will be discussed during the interview process.
Ideal Candidate
Advanced mastery of dry/Russian manicure and pedicure technique, including e-file cuticle prep.
Strong technical precision with builder gel (BIAB) and hard gel overlays.
An obsession with immaculate shaping, clean lines, and side-wall precision.
A valid, active Georgia Cosmetologist or Nail Technician License.
A warm demeanor aligned with luxury, detail-oriented hospitality.
Comfort operating as an Independent Artist while working within Milky's service standards, client experience expectations, and low-volume studio model.
